REGISTERING FOR THE DAFFODIL PROGRAMS:Cylburn Arboretum and the Howard P. Rawlings Conservatory are part of the Horticulture Division of Baltimore City Recreation and Parks (BCRP). Here at BCRP, we use a secure software system called CivicRec as a way to register community members for programs and activities as well as work through our point-of-sale system. In order to do any of these things, our visitors and participants have to create a CivicRec account (you cannot use Gmail or Facebook to log-in). Once the account has been created, members can use it to sign-up for all BCRP programs and activities.
