Flower Show Awards: For all Small Standard or Standard Flower Shows, please submit 2 copies of your show schedule and the Standard Flower Show Report to the FGCMD Flower Show Evaluation Chairman within 10 days of your show. Standard Flower Show Report in Word or PDF
In addition, for evaluated Standard Flower Shows applying for an NGC Flower Show Achievement Award, your NGC FSAA application and Book of Evidence are due to the FGCMD Flower Show Evaluation Chairman within 4 weeks of the show date or by December 31, whichever earlier. Note: NGC has instituted a pilot program for submitting Flower Show Books of Evidence by CD/DVD.

Other Awards: Applications for FGCMD, CAR and NGC Awards must be received by your District Awards Chairman by November 1.
Please note: Landscape Design Council Award Applications must be submitted to the District Awards Chairman by October 1.
