The Federated Garden Clubs STATE AWARD FORMS
All Award applications for State, CAR and NGC Awards must be turned into the District Awards Chairmen or the State Awards Chairman by November 1 of each awards year. All applications are available for downloading on the State Website, the CAR website or NGC website depending on which award is being considered. Please check the list of State and CAR awards as they are all listed in the Green Directory issued by FGCM and distributed in the fall of the new administration years.
